hey guys,
um i was wondering does the Macneil Capitol seat need the Macneil pivitol seat post to work.

OR

can i use a Animal or Redline pivitol seat post with it.

It's weird how Macniel seats like the capital has the thing in the description saying **Only works with Macneil post**

Probably because the MacNeil seats and posts were the only ones available at the time, and Dans (or whatever mailorder you're reading that at) hasn't changed the description yet.

Yeah, I remember looking at them like 'What the heck are those things' as in the posts. But now I know.

macneil posts work with mirraco seats i found out.
