Sweet bike, Neil! Nice grin too! Show it more often ;) (The Grin or Roark, either one!)

So I get to show off my brad new pink and black jersey today :). should be a fun ride. I've been told I never smile, except when I'm on my bike.

If a new bike won't put a grin on your face, nothing will. :D

Nice bike, nice shirt and nice beanie. ;)

Lookin good, both you and the bike! Man... I can't wait until I can reasonably order one of those jerseys :) Soon enough..

How's the ride? Any quick impressions/quick reviews?

Must be an Ayn Rand fan if the bicycle has been named Roark!

So how was the bike named? :)

That's the first 05 7.5 I've seen. Nice Score on that one! I'm so glad that Trek added the Carbon Fork on the 7.5 series. You should see quite a bit of difference from the Navi to the FX. Just in weight alone there is a difference to be sure.

Good Luck with the new Bike!

Hmm.. maybe I'll give The Fountainhead another try... I couldn't finish it when I tried to read it when I was 19, but I think it might suit very well, now.

Nice bikes, nice smiles, and great job on the ride :)

Very nice bike, Historian. Hopefully I can get up your way some day for a ride and a chess game! We could do both at the same time, but one or the other may not go so well :)

This is one of the rare photographs of me smiling, I am told.

Due to differences between myself and the moderator, I am unsubscribing from the Clydesdale/Athena forum. Friends, if any of course, can contact me through my blog or by private message on Bike Forums. I like to smile, and I haven't been able to do much of it here the past few weeks due to reasons that, if posted, will be deleted. Best wishes to all.

Nothing like a brand new ride to introduce pleasant excitement in one's life. I'll definitely take a look at your blog. Best wishes, enjoy the bike, and see you around!

Thanks, Chris. It's an 08, not an 05.

Geez...Where was MY Mind this morning??? LOL!

Unsubscribing to a forum because of some differences? Ah.. come on now. We are all grown up adults and should be able to resolve such.

To each his own. If he wants to leave let him. They always come back.
