Hi,
it was in the 40's this morning. I get shuffling around, and now it's warm but I still haven't gone for my ride. Seems I slow down just like my garden this time of year.

Got any suggestions?

Watch the birds. When they start flying south, you know it's time to leave for Florida.

Move down here to Texas--it's in the middle 90's. Only have to slow up when it's in the 100's and about 45 days in the winter.

+1, but man, the heat when it does come.

Yeah, I get to retire in a few years. We hope to move someplace warm. Maybe not
Hurricane Alley, but warm.

Here just east of Charlotte NC it's been near 100 for over a month and over 100 six days this month.I ride in the heat but today I road the heavy comfort bike and the heat got to me. I had to lay down in the grass and cool off. I got very sick for a while and layed there like a dead man. Finally I got up and rode home in low gear and got in the shower to lower my body heat.Gave me a good scare. I have had mild heat stroke before and was very close. I found out later it was 101 degrees when I was riding. I didn't feel stressed at all when I started to get sick. I have a very low heart rate at rest 47 and it was only up to 75. When I push I top out at 108.
