Mainly paddled some sweet rivers, but I did manage to ride the trail around the Upper Cheakamus in Whistler and an out and back along Birkenhead lake while taking a day off from paddling due to a sore shoulder. I wish I had more time for riding as there's so many great trails, but paddling still comes first.
I ended up dislocating my thumb on the river near the end of my trip and took a trip to the med clinic in Whistler. Bikers were coming out of the park left and right with some pretty major injuries. Probably one every 10 minutes walked or was carried in. After seeing that, I think running waterfalls in my kayak is safer.
No pics of riding, but here's some pics of our fly-in run of the Stein if anyone needs a fix.
