I hope someone can help me with my daughter's bike. The front wheel started to tighen (stick) so it doesn't rotate freely. I am not sure how to fix the problem. If I loosen the nuts the wheel spins freely but when tightened it is extremely hard to spin and acts as if you have locked up the brakes on it. This is a girls 20" bike by Huffy. I checked out their website but it's not very helpful. I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks

You need to tighten the cones while holding the locknuts with another wrench, and you need to do so on both sides, left and right.

Once you set the cones and the wheel spins freely and the axle does not wiggle you have to tighten the lock-nut (next to the cone-nut) against the cone-nut. Both sides should be tightened in this way. This requires a thin cone wrench.

Thanks for your help. Guess I will have to hunt down a cone wrench.
