My name is Mike I work Heating and refrigeration In the 597 mechanical pipe fitters union here in Chicago. I Love all Chicago has to offer and there is no shortage of stuff to do or people to know.
I ride manly for health and wellness. I like to get the old hart pumping and I am in to that hi you get after you get a good bike ride in, you know that feeling of accomplishment but pumped up. I keep a fitness loge and eat lots of fish and chicken
I also ENJOY watching the alkies at work trying [unsuccessfully] to do what I do with ease!!
I lift free weights on days I don’t ride and take one day a week and do nothing at all, it’s like my repair day and it also lets me eat less and kinda shrink my stomach.
I ride a MTB, I have a few but can only ride one at a time. hehe
