I had a pleasant ride today and then got drunk at a friend's house. Riding home in the dark was sketchy but rewarding.

Perhaps it's the paranoiac in me, but I see the lock you have attached to your bike and my first thought is, "That ****'s getting stolen!"

I don't really lock it up. It's for going to get take out or running into a 7-11, etc.

I love Portland so much. Gotta get back down there again soon.

I think I'm more scared of the perverts hanging around the porno store in Chinatown. ...my pop's office used to be right next to the Chinese Garden, so I used to be around there a bit. Never had any trouble with the bums...but the perverts, they're another breed. The CHUDs are bad, too...

Let's continue to dwell on the least significant thing in the thread. I don't lock my bike for more than 10 minutes, and even then, it's in plain sight.

Yeah, I just went to take of pictures of the spot where I proposed to my fiance. The thread just turned out to be an afterthought. :P

esplanade is kinda lame, as is the Portland City Grill. real pros skitch the 405 and drink at Yamhill.

nice pix, but i don't see any of the beer. i feel cheated.

esplanade is downright dangerous. some messenger got a concussion down there while racing an alleycat recently.
