I had a better time this week, 51 seconds faster in fact.

While there are all sorts of factors at work in these events I really did take the recovery/tapering advice to heart and felt stronger today.

I know, wild ain't it? We did have nice weather though. It's been hot and blustery the previous times.

But I really think that the tapering has helped.
