So I have the opportunity to purchase a Kelin Adept Race that has almost never been used. The guy who is selling it bought off e-bay a few years ago for approx 1300. Once he got it, he found the frame was too big, and therefore never rode it.
The bike has:
Deore LX/ Bontaranger components for drivetrain,
Rolf Dolomite wheels,
front and back disc brakes
Fox Float R rear shock
Some really crappy Manitou spring loaded piece of garbage front fork.
The tires are junk, they are starting to crack and will need to be replaced.
I have no idea what year it is. He mentioned 2000, but I think it may be newer, 2003 possibly. Any ideas on what I should expect to pay? E-bay was of no help, no current or past sales of the Adept Race. Thanks.
