The 2007 Low-Key Hillclimb series is just around the corner: http://lowkey.djconnel.com/2007/
I've never done any of these climbs but it sounds like a blast! Unfortunately I'll be out of town (backpacking near Tahoe) for the first climb but I hope to do some of the others.
Has anyone else participated in past events? Any interest in doing it this year?

That would be fun. I could probably do a few of these if they don't coincide with a CX race.

I think I'll try King's Mtn and WOLH

I think I'll just watch the climbers on Bohlman-On Orbit and Welch Creek. I like my legs the way they are now, thank you very much.

I'll probably ride Kings, WOLH and Metcalf. Sierra and Hamilton are options.

If I had the same drugs as Tyler Hamilton did when he broke his collarbone, I'd be riding already :P
However I think the October rides don't seem unreasonably too soon ;)

I did this series last year and I can attest that it's a ton of fun. I'll be there for most of the rounds this year.
How much is the entry fee? I've never raced and I don't have any certification or license from UCSF, etc., but it looks like that wouldn't be required. Looks like a cool workout.
