Some of you former Baron riders have moved up to a NoCom. How many moved on to trikes instead? My friend did, so now his beautiful and fast Baron is on ebay (item no. 250156786237). It begs to be ridden by someone who appreciates its speed potential. I can't believe he's letting this beauty go (check out the upgrades in the photos). I'd buy it myself if I didn't already own one.

BTW, his trike is fun but not very fast - I've no idea what he's thinking. He only sees the back of my helmet from a quarter mile out now. Kinda hard to hold a conversation, you know? I guess I'll have to find another Baron buddy to ride with.

im sure the nocom is nice and his trike is nice also but if i owned that baron you'd have to rip it out of my dead hands before id let it go....................that is sweet

Since getting his NoCom, Lowracer1 has loaned out his Baron and his Catrike is gathering dust in the garage...

The "wood" was done with shelfpaper!! But the owner removed it to show the carbon. Figured it would sell better that way. But again, I liked the "wood" better! :p

The computer is a Specialized SpeedZone Elite. (no longer made, so watch for one on eBay)
I have one on Tigger, and I love it!

I have been on a 'bent for about a year now, and find the cables and chain lines a bit... disconcerting. On a tight corner, what happens to the chain? Doesn't it connect with the front wheel, and if so, isn't that bad?

Just wondering... I had been going to 700c my Lynxx, until I popped the fork on, and saw the overlap with the return side of the chain.

I like that tiller and stem. My baron needs that kind of upgrade. Where might someone buy a setup like that?

I went from a DF to a USS AB to a Trike to a Baron.

BTW, his trike is fun but not very fast - I've no idea what he's thinking. You don't suppose he hit his head some where? :D
It is a sweet looking ride and is a bargain at that price.

Almost all the upgrades he bought off ebay including the carbon tubing for the tiller, the split handebars and the adjustable ITC stem. He's just a resourceful guy and habitual tinkerer.

He's just a habitual tinkerer.

THAT is an understatement! :D
