Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Where to buy inexpensive track components

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
A friend of a friend wants me to build up a fixie for him. For both of mine I have lucked into cranks and hubs and such...where do I find less expensive/used cranks and hubs? He wants to do this cheap and already has an old Motebecane frame...I am pretty sure he won't want to spring for new stuff from Harris Cyclery. Any ideas?
Thanks!

I bought a lot of my parts on eBay, but you have to watch the prices. Since everyone seems to want the same thing, some prices end up being close to or more than retail, especially after the shipping costs. Crazy.

eBay is good, but http://www.chucksbikes.com/ has a full Miche track group up for sale. Good price too. I saw this only b/c of this forum.

I went to Chucks and saw the Miche groupo
Miche groupo (http://www.chucksbikes.com/gp004.htm)
This looks like a pretty sweet deal!
Yep, that is a great deal comes with everything in the picture except the high flange hubs. If you just want the crank and BB you can get that at repartocorse.com I believe the crank is $99 and BB is around $40..

It comes with the high flange hubs, not the low, actually. He has a set or two with 32 hole hubs as well if you request them.
