I'd like to thank everyone for providing me with great entertainment while at the office. While I haven't participated on the forums as much as I'd like to, I certainly read them regularly(especially this one).

Anyhow, this years cycling has finally paid off. I went from 235lbs to 201lbs :) I didn't change my eating habits, I just mountain bike almost every night (not recently since I fractured my wrist). Regardless, I'd like to say 'good-bye' to the clydesdale group and thank you so much for all the 'success' stories that truly helped motivate me.

Of course I'm not going anywhere! Just because I'm 199.99999lbs doesn't mean I can't continue to read and contribute to the clydesdale forum ...... right? :p

Cheers!
:D

Not so fast big horse . . . ;-)

Take it form one who was hovverin over and under that Clyde line in the sand, slipped to 195 (I was close to putting in that clydesdale emeritus application ), took a week's vacation back where there was home cooking, rode every day (!!!) and somehow ended up seeing numbers like 201 on the scale.

To be fair I was consuming a little extra banana here, food there to make sure I could stomach advil due to an injury, but the speed with which I zipped back up the poundage ladder was staggering.

I'm not sure you're out of the woods until you hit 190, cos it can be pretty dang easy to jack up 5 lbs just like that.
