Comes out in October--a pretty unlikely pairing. Clips available at Amazon and the other usual places. Any thoughts? Prolly mostly for us geezers. I'll buy it.

I expect I will buy it. I'm an old dude and I love nearly everything Allison Krauss has done.

I'm not a geezer unless 23 is now geezertude, but I will be buying this album soon. I am a big fan of Alison Krauss, and what I have heard of their cover of "Killing The Blues" intrigued me.

This is a heartbreaking song. One of the best on the album, along with "Stick With Me Baby."
This whole album is phenomenal. It has been in constant rotation since Christmas.
T-Bone Burnett knocked it out of the park in the pairing of Plant and Krauss. Having Marc Ribot do much of the guitar work is icing on the cake.

I've never been a Robert Plant fan, though he an I are almost exactly the same age! But this album is brilliant. T-Bone Burnett must have heard those two voices in his head and knew that bringing them together was going to be magic...and he was right!

This album is so good I don't even mind that they are using "Killing the Blues" in a JC Penney television ad.
