<RANT> Every time I went to go out the door, it would start raining buckets if I went out the door with the bike! I did get 1/2 block away once though! Sun was out, and within a half block, another storm rolled in :(</RANT>

I feel better now ;)

Yeah, I saw that, John! I have family up in Fort Wayne, so I watch that corner of the State.

EDIT: Hey, you're posting outside P&R! Cool!:D

I hope you are able to get a nice long ride in tomorrow!
I may be riding in the Lagrange area tomorrow and the western end of Pigeon River State recreatio area.
Talk about peaceful and scenic!

its been crappy.if its not raining, its the humidity. i did manage like 10 miles yesterday.but the rain had me in a bus stop,so my brooks wouldnt get wet. when it cleared up,i went home.

I got my best ride in weeks today, thanks to the rain! Once the rain cleared, it had finally cooled off so I got a <80 degree ride, which was a first, and a treat! And... I have to say, riding through puddles is kinda fun :)

I wish it had cleared up for everyone else too, though.

Today was actually nice weather for the first time in a while. I was out on the bike and biking on I-80 when I got hassled by a state trooper :(

I purposely waited till it started raining today. Although I could have done with out the lightning. I had to wait under an overpass for 10 mins while some of the more nasty stuff when by.

The weather was great here. Rained Friday but was cooler and very nice yesterday and today.

I kinda like riding in the rain. I tend to spend the first five to ten minutes hitting puddles and thoughly soaking myself just like I did when I was a kid. Once I am as wet as I will ever get I settle down and enjoy the rest of the ride. After all, what is a little bit of rain going to do now? I am already dripping wet and having fun.

Hey at least you guys have rain. Here in California it's the driest season on record. It's hot and dry, the hills are brown. Mountain bike trails are dry and dusty.

Because of Hurrican Dean we did get some cloud cover this weekend which was nice. It actually rained yesterday afternoon, light sprinklers for 15 minutes... yeah! Better than nothing.

I look at all your photos and see all that lush beautiful green. Here, no green. Just a bad fire season waiting to happen! :(

I feel your pain X 20. For the last two weeks it's been one of the following: the weather sucks, my equipment has failed or the weather stinks. Sitting out two weeks is not good.

My cold is clearing up so hopefully this storm will rain itself out today so that I can get out tomorrow.
