Looking for a good shoe that's wide. I've been rockin' a pair of yellow SIDI Dominators for over 10 years and it probably took me 5 to stretch them out. I have a EEEE foot and am now in the market for a new shoe. So, what's wide? I'm also looking cheap. The Shimano MT20 looks like a nice shoe, but is it wide? It's in my price range. I no longer race, just dork around and commute so I just want something functional.

Thanks

+1 on the Lake. My dad has 3xE and he loves his. "They look good and they fit great"

^^^ I also have wide shoes. These rock. You can sometimes find them on sale for $100.

Perhaps the Sidi wide sized (EE) in a half size longer would work for you. I think SIDI wide shoes are similar to the lakes which others have recommended. I think SIDI is better shoe overall.

Thanks for the link. FWIW when I buy New Balance I buy 4E and they're usually still a tad narrow. I'm tellin' ya, man, I shoulda been a swimmer!

My NB's are 2E and the wide Shimano's still have more room than I need. Seems like they are likely the 4E equivalent. Good luck finding a good fit.
