I've been trying to locate a brightly colored long-sleeved jersey or shell-jacket to wear on cooler mornings. My problem is I wear a large/x-large (42" chest) and sleeves are generally 34-35", but my sleeve length is 37". Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

^ actually, it appears to have a black back, so it might not be as bright as you want.
