Hey Forum Community,
I'm a graduate student who has become increasingly dedicated to increasing his time on bike while minimizing his time in car while also finding time to explore the city and country on two wheels. I started out a mountain biker and hit our local Greenbelt pretty hard (tough, technical trail) but now that my schedule has become more demanding I've had to use my commute and city riding to keep up.
I'm looking at buying a used bike off craigslist, I'm riding a '05 Trek 7000 which has been very kind to me, but I'm ready to add a true road bike to my fleet (of two, haha). I'm looking forward to participating in this forum, I've already learned a lot by merely scanning the threads. First item is to find some advice about this upcoming bike purchase!
Happy Biking,
Jon a.k.a.
