you guys would be across the county line before we could even get up to speed!

I am waiting for the next Pedal Force group buy to build another bike.
After hearing about the next PF QS2 group buy and seeing the photos for the 2008 QS2 frame, I’m now thinking about the next PF group buy to. Even though I participated in the ZX3 group buy a few months back and still have the frame sitting behind my sofa waiting to be built, I may jump on this qs2 deal … The bike just looks to sweet to not pick up.:o:D

I'm jumping on the BD group buy like Gary#1 (steelblue) already did and getting the CF frameset and swapping over my current components to it. I only need to get an internal headset (and get it installed) and a 34.9 FD. Wish me luck on my first semi-build.

Congrats G. You finally got it and you will build yours before mine. YOU have to tell me how it rides. Let me know if you need any help on you build. I'll be glad to help.

They said the expected ship date is in January. So I'm guessing it'll be late Jan. If so, the build may have to wait since baby #2 is due on the 22nd! Doh! But I'll definitely let you know when I get it in! :)

I bought one from the BD group buy.

I am starting to hate these groups buys...too many good deals but not enough money.

hehehe Yea I know what you mean on these Group buys, so many nice deals and never enought cash to shell out on them... I'm pretty sure my wife is gonna kill me if I wind up another bike or two.

BTW how was your Christmas Eve ride? I wasn't sure if you were just finishing your ride or just getting started.

When You saw me I was just getting started. I went across the GG and rode about 40 miles. The ride was nice but on the way back I had to deal with all the tourist on the bridge.

I got my dream bike this year, a Cervélo Soloist Carbon, but now I’m thinking I need a Guru Crono seeing as I’m going to get serious about triathlons this year … or so I’m thinking right now with the 2008 New Year’s resolutions starting to be formulated.

Oh yeah :) 2008, floating shock with active brake pivot.
Black and silver like on this page :)

I'm not lusting after any new bikes since I've only had my used 5200 for a couple of months and it's plenty nice for a while. However, I do find myself drooling over wheelsets. The Rolf vector comps need to be retired to trainer use. I find myself looking at Neuvations a lot as well as Kysrium ES but hmm. I need to remind myself to be happy with what's working well now. ::)

You know what eBay says, it's better when you win it.

If I get into mountain biking and decide to build one up, it'd be tough to pass up a Reynolds 853 steel frame...

...with flames on it. :)

I've been obsessing over one of these for a while now. A little out of my budget, and I need another bike like I need a hole in the head. Hmmmm.... maybe if I sell the Pinarello and the Giant.....
