Introductions - newbie on a new san jose
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Ok, I'll bite:
"How big is your bike ;) ?
Back to being serious--why are you worrying? Do you think it's too big or too small?

Is your bike not comfy for you? Perhaps you can take it to the LBS and see if they can fit it to you. Fit is very very important. It could either make or break your desire to ride.
Oh and Welcome to Bike Forums!! Where everyone is welcome with open arms! :)

it feels absolutely great when I ride it, but my back seems kind of tight lately when I'm not riding. Could be from something else maybe. My old bike had an even longer reach, and I had no complaints. I'm 6'2" ish and I'm riding a 61cm.

Perhaps you are just not used to the different feel? I'd give it a couple of weeks, and see if any other side effects develop (numbness in hands, etc.).
