Well, decided to give it a boost to my training and try something new, high cadence Lance Armstrong technique.
Nothing better than training on the lighest bike on the block. I put the helmet backwards, very challenging indeed, shaved a few seconds on my PR.
Here I am practicing proper aggressive stance for maximum areodynamics.
Another one, I still got to work on the measurements as it hurts my back after a while.
I got to look hardcore on my MTB so no helmet, Kids do not try this!!
Note: Joking aside my legs were hurting after few minutes of pedaling, it does give a good workout and sure was fun.
