We will be offering a class that covers cycling basics in Knoxville on September 29. The class is based on the League of American Bicyclists Road I course (http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/education/courses.php)shortened to about 5 hours. All instructors (including me) are League certified (http://www.bikeleague.org/programs/education/seminars.php).

This is a great class for new cyclists who want to get some basic knowledge about cycling and more confidence in traffic. More advanced cyclists can learn a lot, too.
