General Cycling Discussion - Where to find bike decals/stickers?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I just got a new Craftsman stackable tool cabinet and of course it needs to be decked out with bike decals and stickers. :D

So where would I find such things? Do companies like Trek, Specialized, Fox, Easton, etc. sell or give away such things? Do bike shops get them as promo items and maybe I can ask at the LBS?

You can try your LBS or write a letter/email to the companies you want stickers from they just may send you them for free. I write companies all the time to compliment or complain about there products just because they send you free stuff and coupons for there products. I have received a free bike seat, t shirts, and all sorts of free goodies doing this.

I've seen one LBS with a sticker display case with some of those brands for sale. If you really want Fox, you could head to a store like PacSun and pic up as sheet of them. Look for a race or event with vendor tents - you'll find them there to.

My LBS has a display case full of stickers. I think they give them away with the purchase of certain items...

They come with alot of stuff, my cannondale was supposed to come with a giant one, and didnt. The Bike Stores either sell them or keep them. Notice when you peek in the shop area of a shop that all the toolboxes are covered in stickers. Keep emailing customer service at bike compaines and they will send you stuff.

hahaha.. 'next time i'll buy a trek'

Thats a beauty. But as if you would buy a Trek over a Cannondale. Seriously.

I would love a loaded Trek 5900 or whatever next years top of the line is.

But consider the equivalent Cannondale, whatever it may be.

Some companies don't want to see their name plastered over resprayed walmart bikes so don't produce decals. In the UK one of the MTB mags seems to have a set of free stickers every few issues.

I see people with tons of them all the time. Roof rack fairings are a good place for them.
