yeah, there i was this morning, riding at 7mph, throwing up on the side of the road but not stopping... eyes watering like mad but im not stopping.

That's what I like to hear. Things can inconvenience us, but never stop us. When I was 8 I threw up through the parade route of a memorial day parade in Vermont. My parents didn't stop for that, they just told me to open the door. Lessons have been learned, and now shared.
