My wife and I are considering a tandem purchase and recently heard about a 2000ish Santana Rio. The price sounds reasonable to me and fits with the notion of buying used and getting into our team grove before refining our needs and buying a new one. I'm just curious if anyone here has any specific feedback on the bike good or bad.
