i'm misxing up my riding. generally one long ride (60 miles ish) at the weekend, then generally 60-70 min rides in the gym during the week mixing intervals, recovery rides, quicker tempo rides etc generally having a coupld of days off a week. i also always strech after rides and cool down as much as possible.

i tend to get really tired legs when i'm lying in bed, mainly in the morning. not "sore" but kinda "restless" and in need of streching.

by the time i get to work i feel fine and keen to get to the gym, or ride outside in the evening.

is this a sign of overtraining?

Me too. I use a foam roller. An cold soak after working out also helps.

nope.

get a leg roller massage bar and roll your legs for 15 minutes before bedtime. should work great

just lie on your back, let her do all the work.
