I'm looking to get a new wallet, one of those slim front pocket type ones. Just curious what kind of wallet you guys have and how you like them!

I've been looking for one too........for six months. Just can't find one I really like. I've actually bought a couple but ended up taking them back for a refund. They are either way too fat, or not enough slots to hold the few credit cards and other stuff that I really really need to keep with me.

Two words: Duct tape. You can make it how you want it.

Ditch all the credit cards and you won't need a wallet...

Cash, ID, one card, money clip, that was me for a long time. Now I have one that is two sections instead of three and only holds about four cards per side. It's pretty much perfect.

I've got a Dockers Bi-fold Front Pocket Wallet. I really like it, it actually has card holders and I like the bill clip in it. I have tried several of the money clip style ones and it seemed like the money clip always broke in about a year. This one I have had for a couple of years now and it is still holding up well.
I think this is it.

I carry the same velcro-closure cordura wallet that I got for free with a subscription to Outside magazine over 15 years ago.

good for the front pocket as long as you don't try and stuff it with a ton of cards

I rock the http://www.thegrandband.com/index.php Best thing ever. It's like not having a wallet at all. At one time I had a Castanza wallet and one day I saw the light and was saved.
is this some sort of bizarre phishing scam? I tell you about my wallet and then POOF, you got my credit info and pictures of my kids and that condom that has been in there since highschool?
Well, I sir, am not falling for it. You can have my wallet when you pry it from my cold dead fingers.
Oh, alright, I will tell you, but I am doing this against my better judgement. I carry a bifold leather wallet made by Fossil (http://www.fossil.com/jump.jsp?itemType=PRODUCT&itemID=14371).

Wallets are hard to find. I've seen the best wallets when I go on vacation with my parents to mountainous regions, and we go into towns known for artistic things. We went to the Catskills in New York State a few years ago, and I found my wallet in a tiny town called Andes. Hand made, all leather, and it was 12 bucks!

I've got this Swiss Army thing that doesn't fold. It has card pockets on one side, an ID window on the other, and you fold your money into the middle. I think it's the perfect biking wallet, cause it fits in the zip pockets of my jerseys/jackets, and I always have my ID and insurance cards with me.

This is the kind of wallet I'm looking for. What model is it and where did you get it?
been using the same coach wallet for 15 years.

My wife got me a Louis Vuitton wallet. It's nice but it looks just like the fake ones you see everywhere. The only diff is that I saw the price tag when she bought it at the LV store.
Still don't know the big deal about them. They wear out just like any other wallet!

My wallet is so Castanza. Its amazing that I don't tilt when sitting. I really need to get some stuff out of it. I'm just too damn afraid that as soon as I remove something, thats when I'll need it!!!!!

+1 on the fossil
Mine's a trifold that my kids gave me for Christmas.
I didn't need a new one, but put my stuff in it to make them happy-
5 years ago!
I need a new one too, one that is full of money. The one I have is empty. :(
been using the same coach wallet for 15 years.
+1, mine seems to last forever through rain, sweat, etc.

Get rid of it ASAP. My wife is a massage therapist and sees several clients because their wallet has lead to major siatic pain. It also has the effect of putting your pelvis off kilter. You don't need half the crap you have in there believe me.
Just be sure to leave the condom in there tho. ;)

I wish alan would reply to my post!!!!
As for the Jimi wallet, if you're handy with a solder and have a little bit of tools, you can modify an altoids can and it'd be exactly that. If you dont mind the thinkness of the altoids can, then you can just leave it as is, and you'll have a nice "jimi" wallet!
Just be sure to leave the condom in there tho. ;)
Married, single, have a bf/gf, whatever your "status" is, you should always have a condom with you! Guys and girls!

GODDAMIT! I really wish I hadn't seen this. Now I'm gonna have to buy one.
OK, I just bought one. God, my wife is going to kill me. What the hell, my old wallet is 15 years old and shes been bugging me to buy a new one. Somehow I don't think this is what she had in mind.

been using the same coach wallet for 15 years.+38 for Coach.
Coach stuff is incredibly durable. I've had the same wallet for 20 years and two belts - one black and one brown - for at least as long. I used to replace my wallet every couple of years.

Of course what all cyclists should have. A United States Postal Service wallet. Likely the same a Lance's uses. Got it at my LBS.
