Southeast - Help putting together a list of twelve centuries for next year

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm planning on doing the UMCA's Larry Schwartz Year Rounder Challenge next year, so I need to do a century per month. I'd like for most of the centuries to be day trip distance from Atlanta, but a few of them can be anywhere in the southeast. I'm reserving one for upstate NY (I'll post an inquiry on the northeast forum for suggestions on that one).

What are y'all's favorite centuries in the southeast?

It's certainly an interesting pitch (flat enough that an average cyclist can make it in four hours). I like Nashville (despite my proclivity toward Baroque music I'm an old southerner who spent my childhood hearing Hank Williams and Patsy Cline), so this one may be a keeper. I could combine it with a vacation with my New Yorker fiance, and take her to the Ryman and the Bluebird. It'd be educational culture shock.

Then drop in at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Loveless Cafe and Sweat's and you would impress her with the eateries as well!
