Here is my contribution. Mind you, I suck with the new Photoshop, so imagine this with color (the same as from the website banner - blue with yellows). And, obviously, the logo on the back would be in color and a bit larger:

Mine was a joke and now seeing this one and JRrestore's, I'm wishing I'd been more serious. BOTH designs are great. However, I vote for this one. It's simple and seems very approachable and welcoming. :)

I posted this suggestion in the same thread in Foo, but...come on, it's Foo.

A bike chain in the shape of the infinity symbol (like a sideways 8) with "BikeForums.net" and the slogan "...keep riding." somewhere on there.

I like this one as well. There's humor in it, it's simple, and as said before, welcoming.

We'll leave this open a few more days for people to get their submissions in, then we'll start a poll.

Yea, but the handle bars I put on there are more generic. If I were a BMXer I wouldn't want a road bike on my shirt same with if I were a MTBer or any other type of rider besides a roadie ;). I guess to me it doesn't seem like it has as much of a dead set catagory.

I am an artist so I refuse to judge other peoples art cuz its all great as are all of these designs.....
but, this design is what I would have done if I wasnt so lazy and unmotivated :p

I definitely am diggin' JRestore's first submission. That is something I would be proud to wear. His second one iosn't too bad either, but the first one just grabbed my attention and held it.

I'd drop the dodgy Foo, and replace it with "& more".

You should only stick stuff people will know and understand, unless you like be questioned. Ex:Foo. Another thing is you don't want to clutter it with words, and unless that blue is an example of the shirt color you should take it out(the the part on the chain)

I agree with this. It would also unclutter the design: Less is more. (Well, less is actually ... less. Ahem.)

Another rough idea. If people like it I'll actually spend time on it. And it'd say BikeForums.net somewhere.

Fuzz, fine line detail is probably not the easiest to reproduce on a shirt. But I'm not suggesting motomags, ok?

cool. good thoughts! we can change the type if we wanna. it's vector, so it only takes a second to adjust it or remove parts.

the blue color is just a suggestion. i'm up for any color choice as long as it's not too dark.
