The Rob Zombie song - are you referrring to Dragula? I love that song:) - especially the mix from the Matrix soundtrack.

My favorites right now - "Ride" and "Outatheway" by The Vines, "Smack My ***** Up" by The Prodigy, "Straight on Red" and "Song for Bilbao" by the Pat Metheny Group.

I dunno about that. Last year I saw a group of elite Kenyan runners who were getting ready for the Honolulu Marathon. There were about 8 of them passing by as I ran. Gauging by the speed they passed me, they must have been doing about a 5:30/mile pace. Every single one of them were sporting Ipods.

I like to listen to technoish or fast paced music. Stuff with a really good tempo. Prodigy, Enigma, She Wants Revenge, Faithless, Head Automatica. And yes, Black Eyed Peas and Fergie are on there specifically for when I train.

Anything by The Clarks while training inside. Outside I like to be able to hear my surroundings.
