The Rob Zombie song - are you referrring to Dragula? I love that song:) - especially the mix from the Matrix soundtrack.
My favorites right now - "Ride" and "Outatheway" by The Vines, "Smack My ***** Up" by The Prodigy, "Straight on Red" and "Song for Bilbao" by the Pat Metheny Group.

I dunno about that. Last year I saw a group of elite Kenyan runners who were getting ready for the Honolulu Marathon. There were about 8 of them passing by as I ran. Gauging by the speed they passed me, they must have been doing about a 5:30/mile pace. Every single one of them were sporting Ipods.

this is bikeforums. next hes going to tell you how those guys are slow, dont know what they are doing, and how he could easily do the same run twice as fast while running backwards.
I like to listen to technoish or fast paced music. Stuff with a really good tempo. Prodigy, Enigma, She Wants Revenge, Faithless, Head Automatica. And yes, Black Eyed Peas and Fergie are on there specifically for when I train.
all i have on my mp3 player is Fischerspooner....
Metallica - The whole Ride the Lightning CD - (For whom the bell tolls especially) or The whole Master of Puppets CD (Sanitarium especially)
ACDC - Back in Black, Highway to Hell , TNT CDs
RATM, Rush, Old Ozzy, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit
Just to name a few!
Under 10k... just the sound of my breathing and beating heart... over 10k?? well today it was the new Killswitch Engaged followed by the new Chevelle. :-)
Anything by The Clarks while training inside. Outside I like to be able to hear my surroundings.
