After eight weeks off the bike due to my accident in late June, I finally logged over 100 miles this week. A long way from the 300+ I was doing each week before the accident.

Each day I am feeling stronger and my cardio is coming back.

I even feel as I am climbing stronger than before, however, some of this may be due to the new bike as I am nowhere in the shape I was in 9 weeks ago.

My arm is getting stonger and being back on the bike is accelerating my recovery (both mental and physical), strength and range of motion.

It's good to be back !!!!

You've lost a little ground on BJ, Mr. Lookyloo... but I suspect you will promptly reverse that trend. :)

Having a sick new bike helps, too...I'm sure. :)

Glad you're back in the saddle again.

Good news indeed!!! Ease your way into it, dont do anything crazy right away.

Keep recovering, good luck :)
