Chicken fried steak, perfect for any meal of the day. Recently, went on a two week driving trip through CA,UT,NV, and AZ. Tried nine different chicken fried steaks, including two in one day. The best chicken fried steak I've ever had, not just on the trip, Peggy Sue's Diner in Yermo, CA. The canned peas and curly fries were perfect accompaniments.

I have a friend who is Catalonian and works as a chef. He made paiella for us not long ago and I will agree that it at least ties chicken fried steak.

actually, bacon is the most perfect food, then frites with mayo, then pineapple and anchovy pizza, in that order.

Looks like a lot of fat. I really like authentic Hungarian Goulash or Coq Coq Van. Chicken papkrish - sp?? Hungarian is all good.
