Foo - To Foo Guys (Chip and Jon you are NOT Foo guys)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Do you like women who wear makeup? Do you like it "much", "little", "None"??
Don't get in a tizzy women, we know that you don't necessarily wear it "just for us", but I was just curious what other Foo guys thought.
I hate makeup, all the time. I prefer a woman to wear None. It just seems so artificial to me. Don't use it to hide flaws....we really honestly don't mind those flaws...it's character, it's unique.

I'll give the ubiquitous "it depends."
Are we going out for dinner? Yeah, makeup is nice.
Are we going for a 50 mile ride? No, I don't understand why a woman wears makeup to sweat.

I have no real preference, as long as it's not to the clown/street walker level

Sorry, don't mean to barge in on the guys thread, but... I don't wear it to hide flaws, I use it to enhance my eyes. (Unless I'm wearing lip gloss.)
Okay, I'm GONE. :)

Depends on if it makes the woman look better or worse...

I'm a huge non-fan of that CAKED on look. Ughhhhhh that really really turns me off.
The key I hear to make up is making it look like your not wearing any at all.
So light make up my favorite. My ex was a master at that.

Don't like it. Mrs. Mouse used to wear it because her mom did. She asked me what I thought and decided she'd stop wearing it. That was about 15 years ago. Seems like most of that stuff would just clog up the pores, anyway.
Glad you started this thread, KT. I was feeling left out. :(

my wife doesn't wear any.. and it bugs me when she puts on lipstick 'cuz it tastes weird when i kiss her.. so i prefer no makeup but occasionally some women look nice with subtle hints of it..

Makeup doesn't bother me at all. At least when used moderately. Unless I get some mascara in my eyes.
I think it's a given that every guy hates the caked on look.
Girls at the club: Ladies, it's already dark in the club so you don't have to cake it on. The more natural beauty you reveal, the more likely I'll ask you to dance.
What is love? Baby don't hurt me.

The best makeup is the makeup you can't see. There's nothing more gross than watching a woman's face melt before your eyes on a hot day. Ewwwwwww.....

Something light, discreet, that enhances but doesn't cover up. That's okay. Anything more, forget it.

I like a little as a subtle "enhancer". I dislike the caked on look.
Lucky for me...my wife agrees! :)

I like women who can pull off the natural look. A little make up is ok, but not too much please.
If by makeup, you mean do I have remmants of my last couple of days meals hanging from my face, then yes, I wear makeup.

Depends on the woman! Some look better with a bit and some look better au naturale (No makeup, not no clothes, that's another topic entirely!)!

My girlfriend wears no makeup except for the occasional formal event when she might wear a dress.
She looks just as good in the morning right after waking up as she does any other time of the day. :D
Either lightly applied or none at all. I'll never approach someone who has a ton of makeup on. Such a turnoff.

A little is okay but don't cake it on!!
And what's up with women that pluck their eyebrows and then use a pencil to draw in eyebrows?!?!

As little as possible. You should have to look twice to tell if there's even make-up on. My wife has gotton very adept at doing this, the effect is so subtle. But only if we're dressed to the nines and she's trying to impress otherwise just knocking about town, eh.
nah, mostly because i hate having to wash it off my shirts, plus i hate the way it taste.

Must have lipstick and eye-shadow. Any woman that can pull that off is awesome.
