Hi all

I have a co-worker looking to get into cycling. She's about 5'4-5'5ish and looking for a road bike with a max budget of $500. I'd say she's pretty fit and currently does some spinning classes and I'd imagine the bug is gonna bite her quickly so something a bit higher than entry level might be suitable. We've been perusing craigslist and not too much has come up recently so I was wondering if you all know of any shops that carry a good used bike selection we could go check out. (back east many shops had large used inventories but I haven't seen that out here)

Cycle World in Northridge has some consignment used bikes. May be worth checking out.

There's a little mom&pop bike shop next to the Vons near the USC campus.
Last time I was there, I saw a couple of 90's Cannondales, size 54ish, for
$300 each.
