Road Cycling - Help, i need Good Handlebar Extensions and a Cheap Jersey

I am looking for handlebar extensions, does anyone have a suggestion. I was looking at theseCinelli (http://www.cinelli.it/eng/bici/estensioni/SPINACISSIMI.html) I am also looking for a cheap jersey, not cheap like Hind but reasonably priced.

What size? I just put a Giordana XXL (probably a Lg or XL in US sizing) for sale on ebay.

I have heard very bad things about Hind, i use gloves by them and they are kind of crappy and worn aout in a very short time.

I've had a pair of Hind winter tights for about 12 years and they're still going strong. Granted I don't use them everyday but still. As far as euro sizing for italian jerseys, if you wear an american M believe it or not you should probably go with a 5 XL! Go to a shop and try some on before ordering via mail or ebay. Santini, Castelli and Nalini provide most of the teams.
