Hey man, how's things?? I went on a cruise in May and had the best time of my life. I followed that with a few months of agony for putting 15 pounds of weight back on during that vacation. It took until now to reverse that gain, and now I am at an all time low of 299. I feel a little better about posting again.
I actually missed you guys(and gals)! I am glad to be posting again.

It took until now to reverse that gain, and now I am at an all time low of 299. I feel a little better about posting again.
