hi to all folded...

i am new to this "shape" of bicycle (have road, tour, 'bent, mtb) and most recently became "folded" with an overweight dahon 3 speed (straight-steel framed 3 speed).
i have been looking at a "Velowell" foldable on eBay for about $212 usd, $112 s/h from China. it seems to have lots of positives for fold-able (again i am no 'expert'), but with tt/mag frame, dual fold peddles, alum rims, weighing in at 9.8kg (21.6 lbs).

anyone experience this bike? what are your opinions?

thanks!
tomg

There's is a current thread on this very topic titled Velowell with some postings there:

As caotropheus astutely points out would you really spec resin breaks with such a fancy frame? A lot of things signal steer clear of this vendor unless someone has bought one and can post their experience otherwise?
