I'm looking into buying a Brooks (http://www.brookssaddles.com) saddle and would prefer buying it from a local bike shop instead of ordering it online.

Anybody know of a store in the greater Montreal (or Sherbrooke) area which carries them?

Thanks

Salut JP,

Ask at velocia.ca (Quebec cycling forum). Someone saw them in Montreal but I don't remember where (on Rachel street?). I bought mine at wallbike.com.

Thanks, I'll check out that forum.

Found the message here (http://velocia.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=503&highlight=%22brooks+montreal%22). I'll call them up tomorrow (hopefully not closed on labour day) and share my findings.

Thanks again.

Ok,

I got by B-17 standard (black) at ABC on Avenue du Parc. They had it in stock. 89.95$

Apparently Cicycletterie JR (the one on rachel) usually has them in stock as well.

Almost all the shops I called told me that they could order it and have it within a few days.

Now All I have to do is put it on my bike and try it out!

McWhinnie's on Sherbrooke street in NDG had a several in their display case the last time I visited, a month back.

I think MEC carries the Brooks saddles.

I was in Mcwhinnie's last week and they have several Brooks in the display case, a Pro, a B-17, and one of those heavy sprung models. The B-17 is $85, almost bought it at that price but i've already have a Pro.
Cheers

It's probably too late, but Revolution Montreal (1757 Amherst) carries Brooks saddles.

Indeed, mine is long broken in!

But I'm sure someone will find this thread useful in the archive-
