Hi,

Thanks everyone for all of the birthday wishes. I rode a total of 100 miles this weekend and 100+ kilometers today. :D It was nice to Paul on the road this morning and he is looking pretty strong on his Allez.

I owe what I am today to bicycle racing and clean living. ;) :D (Well, at least to bicycle racing.)
