Hi all, I was out cycling today and met a group of women who belong to a local Jill B. Nimble group. They sure seemed like they were having a great time, and I was intrigued by the idea of training with a group of women for two months ending with a specific triathlon. I just did a search for Jill B. Nimble in this forum, and didn't find any hits. Information, please? Good way for a newbie to test the triathlon waters? Thanks!

OK, so it sounds like Jill B. Nimble is not a well-known group in this forum. Tell me, are most triathletes rugged individualists who generally go it alone when training? Or do you train in groups when you get the opportunity?

What ever works for each individual. Its nice to have some motivation but dont rely on it
