Off around Lake Michigan tomorrow, just now became aware of the existence of the above book. Anyone in Chicago want to sell/rent/lend a copy of it, or is it available retail anywhere in the city? Tried a couple of phone calls but no luck. Will gladly pick up anywhere in Chicago. Thanks.
