Training & Nutrition - Cookbook

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Can anyone recommend a cookbook with healthy, easy to make recipes?
Not necessarily geared toward weight loss, but good tasting, easy to make, healthy food.
Thanks in advance

I've got several cookbooks, but continuously find myself back at allrecipes.com and foodnetwork.com
I like "Lose Weight the Smart Low-Carb Way." It's not really low-carb - just all whole-grain carbs and some higher-protein foods (like soy flour) added in small amounts to the breads. Lots of recipes for things like whole-grain pancakes/muffins and meat/vegetable dishes.
A good program that includes cooking information is Precision Nutrition:
