I have on order, a new 61cm Heron Wayfarer frame that was due to arrive sometime mid Sept. Waterford is out of their stainless dropouts which would hold up production for possibly several more weeks. I was dreaming of riding the Heron during this autumn. Waterford does have Henry James SS. dropouts though. Anybody know what the difference would be? Todd Kuzma from Heron is somewhat reluctant to use these as the Henry James dropouts have never been used on a Heron before. Any thoughts would be welcome.

I have Henry James dropouts on my 2 Waterfords. One is a 1995 the other a 1999 and they have held up extremely well. Waterford doesn't make a crappy frame.
