went to my first cross clinic

is was super basic but now i cant wait to race!

I killed my shoulder throwing my heavy san jose up on it and I need new gearing but damn am i ever excited. I just need to get through these last two road races now.

My shoulder is a bit sore today from yesterday's sets of stadium steps (shouldering the bike, por supuesto). Be prepared for autumn's arrival!

Did my first CX clinic tonight in Washington DC with the folks from the Bike Rack. Had an awesome time and rode with some great and freindly people. I finally nailed the right leg between the left leg and the bike dismount, and kept the family jewels intact with the remounts. Riding with other people also was very helpful. All I need to do now is work on my Belgian (hey, this is CX!) and I'm ready to try one of these CX races. Oh, I've also got to work on interval training. Charging the first run-up is easy, charging the umpteenth run-up is another story.

hey i just moved to silver spring! There is a cross get together at sligo middle? school once a week now.
