Topeak compact handlebar bag

I bought this bag a few months ago and used it once. I no longer need it. It looks brand new and has 0 wear. At REI it goes for $38.00 according to their website.

my price is $20.00 shipping should be about $10 coast to coast UPS insured, and via USPS about $7 uninsured from socal to about anywhere USA. I can narrow down the shipping $$ if you give me your zip code. I'm in 91761 so cal area.
