Electronics, Lighting, & Gadgets - for all those interested in LED's

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Not sure if everyone knows about this site but if you don't here it is. I found it on the commuting forum. It must also be in the total geekiness thread

Yeah, that site is a bit 'wow', but...
Despite the site owner's apparent photo-electronic expertise, he's also obviously a bit lazy...
Witness the obviously cut & pasted repetitive/redundant comments from review to review, and...
... out of three (count'em, 3) bicycle LED light reviews,
he never reviews any of the most important (to cyclists, and you know what they are) LED lights.
He reviews (using his electric wheelchair*, indoors) the Wallyworld version of Tireflys... and rather ineptly, at that.
I use Tirefly PROs on my valvestems and on my pedals... they add greatly to my nighttime commute visibility.
The LED Museum is a good source of general LED information, but don't trust his reviews**. http://safeco2.home.att.net/shake.gif
ETA: klenq, thanks for the link, anyway!
* I am NOT disparaging wheelchair users! I'm disparaging a lazy reviewer. OK? Doesn't he know anybody with a bike?
** Unless you're riding an electric wheelchair indoors.

I didn't see it in the TG thread. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with the site. My first impression, when the first link I see says 'jump to fees for product reviews' is that the site is all paid advertisement. Especially when the message crawl near the top explicitly states that the reviews are in no way sponsored by or endorsed by the advertisers. Huh...
The web site makes my brain hurt. Yes, Kleng, thanks for the link. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to a 1999-format web site. It took me way back to my early years of developing web sites. :D
