Does anyone know the rules regarding using the Park and Ride lots in Colorado? Do you have to be riding a bus/train or can these be used for bicycle commuting? i have been doing web searches but haven't found any links to rules.
Thanks

Yup. You will be fine.
RTD attempted to enact a rule requiring some sort of local residency. Our legislature shot them down in no time flat. Thank goodness.

Left my car in one for nearly 2 weeks when it broke down and it was not towed or ticketed. You ought to be fine for commuting.

Just becareful about the morrison area..... Don't leave a car there overnight.... A lot of break ins have occured there!
Any Park N Ride has potential for break-ins.
Don't leave anything valuable in sight.
I've used a number of them on my trail mapping adventures.

I started using the park and ride on the No end of Co Springs for my commute, it is getting too dark in the morning to take my original route without lights. Its 8 miles from the office and connects to the Pikes Peak Greenway bike trail. I was obviously worried about nothing, plenty of car poolers and other bike riders there in addition to the people using the buses. The only posted regulation in the lot is that there is a 72 hour parking limit.
