annendum- I'm willing to drive, so the aforementioned road races need not be located right in the NE.

There's a Jamestown (http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=4710) race too. A friend and I are thinking of doing this for our first CAT 5 race. Don't know if I feel like going to completely disgrace myself. But ya know, I've done that before and it might be fun and memorable so I might just go for it :)

Jamestown might be good. Silvermine coming weekend. It's part of the bear course so you can flex your muscles a bit. You could do the blueberry bicicletta in southern jersey tomorrow. Do the cat 3/4 47 miles then jump in the 1/2/3 for another 63 miles. 100 miles of FLAT racing. But it isn't a crit.
