Since more than a few of us tinker with our position on the bike, it might make sense to just trade stems rather than buy stems all the time.
Anyway, I have a 100mm Ritchey road adjustable stem (http://www.ritcheylogic.com/web/Ritchey~Logic/Ritchey~Site/Templates/eproducts_single.aspx?id=16963) (up to 45 degrees) for 1 1/8" steerers and 31.8mm bars. It's about 6 weeks old and in perfect condition.
Also have a 100mm Specialized multi-position stem (http://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCEqProduct.jsp?spid=25337) (20-28 degrees in 2 degree increments); for 1 1/8" steerers, 31.8mm bars.
Looking to trade for a 120-140 stem.
